It was announced a few weeks ago that Monica Raymund will return to CHICAGO FIRE in the fall finale, which airs November 20th on NBC. This is the first time we have seen Gabby Dawson this season. You probably remember that we said goodbye to this beloved character early on last season when she decided to leave Chicago for Puerto Rico to help with relief efforts.
In the press release for the upcoming episode, titled "Best Friend Magic", an unexpected visit throws Casey for a loop! As we already know who, it will be interesting to see how these two will react to one another. Heck, this reunion just might have us shipping Dawsey again! Although it does not look like Dawson will stay around for too long. From the promo, in the video below, it sounds like she is in town to help out on a fundraiser. We also know that she is in town to pay her respects to Otis.
As for other happenings in the fall finale, Severide sets out to exonerate a wrongly convicted arsonist. We will also see Kidd paying the price for burning the candle at both ends.
